Blackberry KeyOne : Smartphone with a Physical Keyboard | DoctorTech

Blackberry has launched it's 2017 flagship "KeyOne", Smartphone with a Physical Keyboard. This is the first smartphone launched by the company in 2017, with a lot riding on it's success in the smartphone world.

Blackberry KeyOne is a phone which is designed for a specific mobile preference market audience, that loves using a Smartphone with physical keyboard and yes of-course the Blackberry lovers. Blackberry "KeyOne" is going to be a center-of-attraction for the Blackberry fanboys.

The phone was announced in February, and is made available in late April. Smartphone features a ton of gimmicks not only in the software department which is loaded with a Blackberry UI, but also has some amazing features embedded in the Physical Keyboard of the device. Classic Blackberry Keyboard is believed to be the selling point or the USB of the device.

As far as the phone configuration, specifications and build quality is concerned, Blackberry KeyOne showcases a all aluminium body which looks premium in hand and a rubber plastic mounted back which gives the device an extra hold.

Blackberry KeyOne is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset and Octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU which is clocked at 2.0 GHz. The device has a 4.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen wih a screen resolution of 1080*1620 pixels and 433 ppi pixel density. KeyOne runs on latest  Android 7.1 (Nougat). The smartphone has a 12 Mp rear facing camera with dual-LED flash flash and aperture f/2.0. The flagship comes with 3GB RAM and base 32GB storage variant which can be expanded upto 256GB using a micro SD. Blackberry KeyOne sports a USB Type-C (3.1) reversible connector and a 3505 mAh non-removable battery. The flagship will be priced between $550-$600.

All-in-all Blackberry KeyOne is a ideal android smartphone of 2017 with decent 2017 standard configuration and Classic Blackberry Qwerty keyboard to top it all. The device might not be the first choice of the market but is definitely a good smartphone choice for 2017. And yes, if you are a Blackberry Boy.
